It cannot be done. There has to be some focus to our activities and that has to be on priorities. Defining what matters most is the only way to be productive.

Trying to keep up with constant clamor for attention and dealing conflicts in our daily lives leads us down a path of being less effective. In the end it become unproductive and we can’t help clients, friends or most importantly our communities and families when we are not effective and focused on the things we do best.
